Utah bankruptcy filings rise, while national filings drop

In a KSL report, Utah bankruptcy filings will be up about 7.9 percent for 2011 if the current rate of bankruptcy filings continues through the rest of 2011. Meanwhile, national bankruptcy rates have dropped about 10 percent year to year. Mixed signals continue to plague the current economy.
